In these unprecedented times, it is important that we take care of our own wellbeing.

 

These resources are for both children and adults. The links at the bottom of the page are to a variety of services and helplines which are available.

 

Our wonderful colleagues at Intraquest are developing lots of resources to help during these uncertain times. If you follow the link below, you can watch the videos and then download the kits!

 Although Tameside Women & Their Families centre is currently closed due to the Covid 19 pandemic, they continue to post lots of useful information and resources, including a Wellbeing at Home pack and a pack about Nurturing Early Relationships.

 

 

This facebook group has been set up to bring all parents together to share stories, thoughts, tips and ideas on how we are managing to adjust to this challenging period in our lives - with the whole family being together the whole time. 

We work closely with Parent Gym and they are due to release some resources soon as well.
