If you are applying for a place for your child in either Reception or year 7;

We have been notified that Microsoft has blocked the Tameside MBC domain from their system.

This means that parents using Hotmail/live/outlook email addresses will encounter problems with the Tameside online applications system.

They won’t receive their confirmation email when they register or submit their applications for new reception and new year 7 and will be prevented from completing the application.

Parents using these email providers are asked to set up an alternative account using another provider (Gmail for example).

We have taken steps to address this problem with Microsoft but it is at present unclear if / when this will be resolved.

A note has been added to our web pages however we cannot reach all parents because their emails are being blocked so your help with this is gratefully received.

If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below.
